Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions apply when you engage Aether Installations for EV charging infrastructure services, including residential, strata, commercial and project-managed EV charger installations.
1. Overview
These Terms and Conditions apply to all services provided or coordinated by Aether Installations, including EV charger installation quotes, site assessments, project coordination, installation scheduling, customer communication and related EV charging infrastructure services.
2. Business Role
Aether Installations provides EV charging infrastructure coordination, project management, quoting, scheduling and customer support services. Electrical installation works are completed by licensed Registered Electrical Contractors where required.
3. Scope of Works
The scope of works will be based on the approved quote, site information provided, photos supplied, assessment findings, and any written inclusions or exclusions.
4. Quotes and Assumptions
Quotes are based on the information available at the time. If site conditions differ from what was provided or assumed, pricing may change.
5. Deposits
A 50% deposit may be required to secure booking, allocate materials and schedule works. Once materials are ordered or allocated, deposits may be non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Variations
Any work outside the approved scope may be treated as a variation and may incur additional charges. This includes additional cable run, switchboard upgrades, access limitations, double-storey work, trenching, conduit upgrades, additional protection devices, or unexpected site conditions.
7. Site Access
The customer is responsible for ensuring safe and reasonable access to the property, switchboard, installation location and any required work areas.
8. Compliance
Electrical works are completed in accordance with applicable Australian Standards and regulatory requirements. A Certificate of Electrical Safety will be issued where required by the licensed electrical contractor.
9. Cancellations and Rescheduling
Cancellations or rescheduling may be subject to reasonable costs where materials have been allocated, contractors have been booked, or work has already commenced.
10. Limitations
Aether Installations is not responsible for pre-existing electrical defects, network supply limitations, manufacturer app issues, WiFi or network issues, body corporate delays, approval delays or conditions outside the agreed scope.
