Deposits secure scheduling, coordination, and allocation of installation resources.

If a client cancels:

  • More than 48 hours prior to the scheduled installation date - deposits may be refunded less administrative and site assessment costs.

  • Within 48 hours of the scheduled date - deposits may be partially retained to cover coordination and allocated labour costs.

  • On the day of installation or after materials have been ordered - deposits may be non-refundable.

Refunds are assessed on a case-by-case basis, taking into account material procurement, site attendance, and project preparation already undertaken.

Custom-ordered equipment is generally non-refundable unless defective under Australian Consumer Law.

Deposits are non-transferable unless agreed in writing.
