Aether Installations supplies selected EV chargers and related products through our website. Delivery and collection options depend on product availability, supplier lead times and customer location.
Delivery options
Supply-only EV charger orders may be available by:
local pickup by arrangement
Melbourne metro delivery by arrangement
supplier dispatch where available
Delivery timing is subject to stock availability, supplier dispatch and confirmation by Aether Installations.
Installation not included
Supply-only charger purchases do not include installation unless installation has been quoted and accepted separately.
EV chargers must be installed by a licensed electrician in accordance with applicable electrical standards, manufacturer requirements and site conditions.
Aether Installations recommends confirming charger suitability before purchase.
Product availability
Some EV chargers are available by order. Supplier availability may vary.
If timing is critical, please contact Aether Installations before purchasing.
Returns
Returns may be considered where a product is unused, unopened, in original packaging and returned within 14 days of delivery or collection.
Returns are not accepted where a product has been installed, damaged after delivery, opened in a way that affects resale condition, or purchased incorrectly without confirming suitability.
Change of mind
Change-of-mind returns may be accepted at Aether Installations’ discretion where the product is unopened and in resaleable condition.
Return shipping or handling costs may be the responsibility of the customer.
Faulty products
If a product appears faulty, contact Aether Installations as soon as possible with the order details, product issue and supporting photos or evidence.
Faulty product claims are handled in accordance with Australian Consumer Law and relevant manufacturer warranty processes.
Suitability disclaimer
A supply-only product purchase does not guarantee that the charger is suitable for every property.
Suitability depends on EV model, switchboard capacity, phase supply, cable route, solar or battery setup, charger location and installation requirements.
Where suitability is unclear, Aether Installations recommends requesting advice or booking a site assessment before purchase.
